Bfn woman killed after vehicle overturned─── 15:32 Wed, 21 Nov 2018
A young Bloemfontein woman sustained fatal injuries when her vehicle overturned on her way home after work on Tuesday.
Odette Norton, in her late twenties, apparently lost control of her vehicle in Frans Kleynhans Road in Groenvlei at Bloemfontein. Her vehicle came to a standstill in the veld.
ER24 paramedics were only alerted of the accident this morning and arrived at 07:30. After assessing the scene, they found Norton still in her vehicle but she unfortunately already succumbed to her injuries. She was declared dead on the scene.
SAPS and other services were in attendance.
Messages of shock and condolences on social media bear testimony to the bubbly and beloved person she was.
Funeral arrangements are not yet known.
