Four to appear for business robberies─── PULANE CHOANE 12:33 Sat, 01 Dec 2018

Four suspects, three of whom are foreign nationals, will appear in the Sasolburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday after they were arrested for being in possession of stolen property worth about R60 000.
This is according to police spokesperson in the Free State, Thandi Mbambo, who said that the men were arrested in Gauteng’s Katlehong township, after police in Zamdela, Sasolburg, followed on leads which led them to the suspects.
This followed after police reports that there was a spike in business robberies at construction sites in Sasolburg.
It is alleged that these men would target these sites, tie up security guards, then steal the property on the sites as part of their modus operandi.
The four suspects, aged between 23 to 35 years old, were found with solar panels, tool boxes, scales and fire extinguishers to the value of about R60 000 and some of these items were also linked to previous business robberies.
