Six die in car crash near Sasolburg─── 12:26 Tue, 09 Jun 2009
Six people have died in a head on collision on the R59 between Sasolburg and Parys this morning. Police spokesperson Selloane Legae says five people were killed in the one vehicle, while the driver of a Correctional Services car also died on the scene. Legae says the cause of the accident is not yet known. She says emergency services
are still at the scene and the road will be closed for a short while. She says people travelling from Parys can alternatively use the N1 to
Vanderbijlpark.
