Bloemfontein - The Philip Sanders resort outside Bloemfontein, which was meant to be ready for the world cup is still in bad shape, with no additional work done. The DA's Roy Jankielsohn says R150-million have already been spent on the project. He called on the free state legislature to investigate the matter.
