Free State Agriculture Annual Congress starts today─── 10:15 Wed, 03 Aug 2011

Bloemfontein - The condition of roads in the province will be at the forefront of the agenda at this year’s Free State Agriculture (FSA) Annual Congress, which takes place at Kopano Nokeng Lodge in Bloemfontein today and tomorrow. FSA Communication Officer Elana Bester said the union expects about 270 people to attend the congress, including delegates from all 20 regions and representatives from government, sponsors and the media. She said Free State Premier Ace Magashule, Agriculture MEC Ntsebenzi Zwane and Police Roads and Transport MEC Butana Komphela have confirmed their attendance at a session relating to infrastructure and roads tomorrow morning. The congress will also deal with all things related to agriculture and will be addressed by several different speakers.
