ANC councillor expected in court over murder of fellow councillor─── 08:18 Thu, 27 Dec 2018
An ANC councillor in uMlazi, south of Durban, is expected to appear for a bail application at the Umlazi Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
He was nabbed in connection with the murder of a fellow council member Sibusiso Maphumulo, who was gunned down outside his home in October this year.
Three men, Sandile Mvelase, and Nkosingiphile and Phumlani Nojiyeza - who are related to the ANC councillor in Umlazhave have already appeared in court over Maphumulo's murder.
