Health Minister Joe Phaahla is calling for calm and vigilance after government detected cases of measles in Gauteng.
All four individuals are presently isolated and are recovering.
Some of the symptoms include fever, red eyes, a runny nose and a cough.
Measles in Zimbabwe recently has led to the deaths of 14 children in recent weeks.
Health authorities will be beefing up vaccination campaigns in affected districts.
