Kylie Minogue dances with death in Dancing music video─── 09:37 Fri, 02 Feb 2018

Kylie's Dancing video is a Dolly Parton-meets-Day-Of-The-Dead extravaganza.
Kylie Minogue has released the video for her new single Dancing -and it's boot scootin', Dolly Parton-meets-Day-Of-The-Dead extravaganza.
Shot in two days at London's Bush Hall by Sophie Muller (whose list of incredible music videos can be found here), the clip sees Kylie sloping around a 1970’s Nashville motel room before throwing herself on to the dance floor for a joyous line dancing session that culminates in dance with death.
The guitar featured in the video (and in the image above) was apparently a £12 junk shop find by Sophie, echoing the infamous 50p hot-pants that came to define the video for Spinning Around and, we're guessing, Kylie's love of bargain hunting.
"Life’s all just moments which all join up," Kylie saidof the video. "Some of them are great, and some of them are less than sparkling- but ultimately I wanted this video to reflect the celebratory nature of thesong”.
The singer added that picking up the choreography was trickier than she anticipated, admitting: “I always thought I could learn routines quickly but this was different. However, by the time I had to dance with the Grim Reaper at the endI had mastered it. And if that’s not a funny allegory for life I don’t know what is!"
Dancing -out now - serves as the lead single from Kylie's new album Golden, which follows on April 6.
To celebrate, OfficialCharts.com recently revealed 50 chart facts about the star, including her biggest Number 1 single and which band denied her a chart-topper on three separate occasions.
