Nelspruit school fires headmaster for alleged child porn─── 08:11 Fri, 23 Aug 2013
A preparatory school in Nelspruit has issued a statement saying they have terminated the services of its headmaster after he was arrested for allegedly being in possession of child pornography.
The suspect has been headmaster of the school for the past three years. The school also states that it respects the suspect's constitutionally protected right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The school says that meetings and discussions have been held with parent body representatives and the situation has been communicated to the full parent body as well as staff and learners.
